Noel was the fourth daughter of Clement John and Elizabeth Glenister. 

Noel died when she was just over one year old and is buried in Hastings Cemetery with her brother Edward Hastings Glenister who died aged 10 days.

The inscription on the grave reads:-

In loving memory of Noel Levin the beloved daughter of Clement John and Elizabeth Glenister born August 3rd 1898 died September 23rd 1899
Also of Edward Hastings son of the above, born October 6th 1901; died October 16th 1901.  "save in the arms of Jesus"
