I WILLIAM GLENISTER of Hastings in the County of Sussex, Chief Constable of the Borough of Hastings Police Force hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.  I appoint my sons, William Joseph Glenister and Louis Oliver Glenister hereinafter called my trustees to be the EXECUTORS and TRUSTEES of this my Will, and I wish to impress upon them my desire that my funeral should be of as plain a character and as economical as possible.  I give the following legacies, viz. To my son Joseph George Glenister the sum of twenty pounds. To my son Clement John Glenister twenty  pounds.  To my son Arthur Oliver Glenister twenty pounds.  To my son George Frederick Glenister the sum of twenty pounds.  To my daughter Kate Elizabeth Glyde the sum of twenty pounds.  To my son Charles Lawrence Glenister the sum of twenty pounds.  To my son the said William Joseph Glenister the photographic portrait of myself and address presented to me upon resigning my appointment as Captain of The Fire Brigade.  To my son, the said Louis Oliver Glenister my Masonic ring and studs and my old pair of sleeve links.  To my son Edward Hastings Glenister the time piece and address presented to me by the Hastings Fire Brigade, my horse shoe pin and set of gold and turquoise studs.  To my son the said Clement John Glenister my portrait pin (Duke of Marlborough) and set of plain gold studs.  To my son the said Joseph George Glenister my Garibaldi gold pin. To my son the said George Frederick Glenister my gold signet ring.  To my son the said Arthur Oliver Glenister my cameo gold pin.  To my daughter the said Kate Elizabeth Glyde the gold watch and chain formerly the property of my late wife.  To my sun the said Charles Lawrence Glenister my gold watch and chain and appendage.  
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my trustees Upon trust that my trustees shall sell, call in and convert into money the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money, and shall with and out of the moneys produced by such sale, calling in and conversion and with and out of my ready money pay my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts and the legacies bequeathed by this my Will, and shall invest the residue of the said moneys in any funds authorised by law for trust investment  with power for my trustees from time to time at their discretion to vary such investments.  And shall stand possessed of the said residuary trust moneys and the investments for the time being representing the same (hereinafter called the trust funds) In trust to pay or apply the income thereof to or for the maintenance and benefit of my daughter Annie Louisa Glenister during her life.   Provided always, and I hereby expressly authorise my trustees at their absolute discretion to apply the whole or any part or parts of my capital of the said trust funds for the maintenance and benefit of my said daughter, and in case the said trust funds shall not have been exhausted at the death of my daughter then I bequeath the balance of the said trust funds unto my said daughter Kate Elizabeth Glyde and my said sons  Joseph George Glenister, George Frederick Glenister, Edward Hastings Glenister, Charles Lawrence Glenister, Clement John Glenister and Arthur Oliver Glenister in equal shares.

 IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of March One thousand eight hundred and ninety-three.

ON the 1st day of March 1895 Probate of this Will was granted William Joseph Glenister and Louis Oliver Glenister the executors.
